The format is 54 holes (3 rounds), stroke play event. Usually it will be held between November and December. The final round ranking will determine the TLPGA tour priority. Players can apply for TLPGA tour Membership and apply for the TLPGA Tour events for the upcoming year.

2017 QT is held together with TLPGA Open at Royal Kuan-His Golf Club from November 16~18 2016. More tournament information are as follows:
